DAYCARE DEPOT is based in Calgary, Alberta, and we deliver to customers across Canada.

Free Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery to the following areas:

Calgary
Airdrie
Cochrane
Chestermere
Okotoks

If your delivery address is within one of these areas, the available free local delivery option will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Across Canada

We ship to customers across Canada.

For addresses outside our free local delivery areas, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

The available shipping options and applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment or delivery after they have been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order size, destination, and carrier service.

Once an order has been shipped, any available tracking information will be provided to the customer.

Large or Special Orders

Some large, heavy, oversized, or special-order products may require different shipping arrangements or additional delivery charges.

Damaged or Missing Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@daycaredepot.ca with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the package and affected product.

We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
